Who are we?

Dr. Topher Fox

I am a board-certified endocrinologist in Superior, CO, and I have been in private practice since 2003. Prediabetics I work with achieve success when they learn all the ingredients of a healthy lifestyle and the process to consistently follow through on good intentions.

My knowledge of endocrine science, psychology, neuroscience, and human behavior allows me to show people with prediabetes how to make meaningful, lasting changes in their health that they can sustain long-term.

Sarah Sato, NP

Sarah has over a decade of personal life experience as a person with type 1 diabetes and loves to help everyone with diabetes or prediabetes live at their best and overcome the limitations and barriers that diabetes can bring.

Sarah is a board-certified nurse practitioner and one of the co-founders of The Alpine Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism, PC located in Superior, Colorado.

Sarah completed her Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science in Nursing at Columbia University in New York City, where she was part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honors Society.
